1. Payment Timing

No payment is required at submission or during peer review. Fees are only charged after manuscript acceptance.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered if:

• Payment was made but the article was not published due to technical or administrative issues from our side
• Duplicate payment occurred (accidental double payment)
• Overpayment beyond the stated fee

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable once:

• The article has been published online (with DOI assigned)
• The author voluntarily withdraws the manuscript after acceptance and payment processing
• The manuscript is rejected after payment (payment is only requested after acceptance)
